“It’s always amazing to find new authors that can move you with their words. I definitely could not put this book down and it’s one of my go-to recommendations for colleagues. An exciting and wonderful read that you can tell came from the heart!”

-Diane S.

“From the moment I started reading this book I couldn’t put it down. I read this in 2 days! Really enjoyed this story. I was not expecting a bit of motivation in my career path with the elaborate discussions of Shaun looking for his purpose in regards to his studies and career. Can’t wait Chantal’s next book!”

-Yanira S.

“I loved the way the author wrote about the subject she did and captured it in such a way that it helps outsiders have an idea of what it is like for those in similar situations.”

-Kristina S.

About the Instructor

Chantal Roaché started writing at the young age of 6. Much like many other writers, she knew relatively early that her gift was not only writing, but also storytelling. She took that skill head on, writing many short stories, before ultimately taking on the feat of writing her first book in 2016—to later self-publish in 2019. Though she was told writing was just a hobby, she accomplished the scary monstrous task on her own and wants to assist other new authors to do the same.

Leisa Greene

Leisa Greene started her writing life as a nontraditional student earning a degree in creative writing from University of Montana. She is currently querying her completed memoir, Early Out. Leisa’s other writing consists of: Weightless, published on WOW! Women on Writing, and a runner up in WOW! Q4 2019 Creative Nonfiction Essay Contest; Making the Men featured in We Leave The Flowers Where They Are, an anthology of 41 brave Montana women’s true stories; Windshield featured in Bright Bones: Contemporary Montana Writing; the short online essays Brother Townsend and A Jamboree Family; and The Beckett Syndrome a one act play. Leisa was born in Butte and lives in Missoula, Montana with her husband where you can find them on backroad jeep rides, or as co-hosts recording a podcast.
